A.	This behavior conforms to the specification of `display-align`. The W3C Recommendation says as follows: 7.13.4 "display-align" ... This property specifies the alignment, in the block-progression-direction, of the areas that are the children of a reference-area. This doesn't say that display-align specifies the alignment of the entire area (for example, the whole cell that goes across pages).

This behavior conforms to the specification of display-align. The W3C Recommendation says as follows:

7.13.4 "display-align"

This property specifies the alignment, in the block-progression-direction, of the areas that are the children of a reference-area.

This doesn't say that display-align specifies the alignment of the entire area (for example, the whole cell that goes across pages).
