| Q. | I installed AH FormatterV5.2 or the maintenance release. And, I am using the same license key as V5.0. However, it works as an evaluation version. Why? [No.2010082005] |

The AH FormatterV5 customer license key has the time limit on the maintenance day. It works as an evaluation version if it is used with the product released after the day of the maintenance. When you update the contract for maintenance, a new license key is sent from our Customer Service. Please use the new license key file. |
