- Corrected the behavior of white-space-treatment and suppress-at-line-break so that they conform to the newest XSL 1.0Errata and XSL 1.1 WD Specifications.

Corrections
- The page number overflowed when page-number-citation was specified.
- When break-after is specified to the last child block of the parent block, it didn't work.
- When PDF was encrypted, the same image was embedded redundantly.
- The leader in the table sometimes didn't expand.
- AppDomainUnloadedException occurred with the ASP.NET Framework1.1.
- The formatting process sometimes failed with the Commandline, when fo:block is included in fo:inline.
- When keep-with-previous.within-line="always" was specified to fo:inline which is placed at the end of line, and the text right before is white space, the line doesn't break and go across to the end of line.
