You can set footnotes across pages, set the height of the footnote area by using
-ah-footnote-max-height. The initial value is ‘auto’. The operation when
-ah-footnote-max-height: auto is specified depends on the value of auto-break-footnote in the Option Setting File. Footnotes do not break across pages when
-ah-footnote-max-height: auto is specified and auto-break-footnote is ‘false’. Large-size footnotes will cause overflow. When
-ah-footnote-max-height: auto is specified and auto-break-footnote is ‘true’, a page height is regarded as specified in -ah-footnote-max-height, and the page break will occur within footnote-body. You can also specify ‘length’ and ‘percentage’ for -ah-footnote-max-height. The value must be positive. At this time, auto-break-footnote is not referenced. When specifying values, page breaks may occur within the footnote-body. Footnote text is entered as much as possible after the anchor position, and the part not entered is split and sent to the next page.
