Bug Fixes

Correct the bug that when the extension property axf:revision-var-xxx is specified to fo:block and it is the child element of fo:block where span="all" is specified, the revision bar is not shown correctly.

- Correct the bug that when text-align="justify" is specified to the block area with the mixture of full-width and half-width text, the behavior is not right.

PDF Output

- Although the color space used in head portion PDF page was set to DeviceGray, it is corrected so that it becomes the output of DeviceRGB.
- The memory restrictions at the time of outputting the picture with big size is eased.
