V6.1 MR5 Release

Enhancements:

Correction:

FO - The following issues have been corrected:

0007160: float=after following a block-container with span=all was drawn before and overwrote content  
0007119: axf:repeat-cell-content-at-break was not processed correctly.  
0007066: Unnecessary blank pages were produced by FO.

CSS - The following issues have been corrected:

0007074: A system error occurred with specific data.  
0007104, 0007075: Page break positions were incorrect.  
0006957: Outputted PDF could not open with an error if a background-image was SVG.  
0007148: The formatting result was incorrect due to the text under .  
0007167: Ordered list with numbers was incorectly produced.  
0006963: content:url() did not work correctly.

Common - The following issues have been corrected:

0007071: PDF output of a tiff image had parts shifted towards the left.  
0007124: Print to pdf converted fonts in svg files to bitmaps.  
0007161: CGM rotated text was placed incorrectly.  
0007090: The resolution of JPEG was not correctly calculated.  
0007118: The size of the EPS image was incorrect when opened in Acrobat.  
0007182: PDF had an error when opened in Acrobat.  
0007181: An error message "transparency not allowed" was generated.  
0006467: Acrobat "reflow" feature did not work on pages with images.  
0007170: dinpro otf font was not processed with errors.  
0007159: AHFDev.exe refused to open when certain printers were set as the default printer.
