**FO - The following issues have been corrected:**

- Explicit page break caused the previous float to overflow RT#26456
- axf:line-number caused Formatter to crash RT#26657
- axf:footnote-keep="always" not working RT#26825
- keep-footnote-anchor="true" was disabled when auto-break-footnote="false"
- keep-together.within-column not working RT#26756
- Crash with change-bar RT#26841
- Premature page break with span="all" block RT#26855

**CSS - The following issues have been corrected:**

- Crash with float RT#26607
- Right float was not used to calculate the cell width RT#26800
- Continued footnote was rendered after another footnote RT#26659
- Premature page break with footnote RT#26679
- Incorrect background color of running element RT#26766
- Hyphenation overflowed with BPIL processing RT#26716

**Common:**

- Non-zero letter-spacing separated combining characters RT#26560

**Other:**

- Embedded PDF pages overlapped RT#26910
- PDF/X-4 watermark appeared under the content RT#26703
- PDF/X-4 with embedded PDF/X-4 using layers wasn't compliant RT#26470
- CGM created the corrupt PDF RT#26547
- Extra line break occurred in MathML RT#26677
- MathML voffset property with pseudo-unit ignored negative values RT#26773
- TeX hyphenation was incorrect with word that has a footnote following RT#26788
- AreaTree rendering lost annotations RT#26652
- @font-face using local font with different name wasn't found in AreaTree rendering RT#26641
- Java threaded OpenSSL initialization crashed RT#26705
