Regarding to the -svgspn specification, numbers were assigned regardless of the specification.

The operation when -svgfmt or -svgspn is specified has been changed as follows:
-svgfmt
Old: Add a page number at the end even if the output SVG consists of only one page.
New: Do not add a page number at the end if the output SVG consists of only one page.
* For multi-page documents, the operation remains unchanged, and sequential numbers are assigned according to the specified format.
-svgspn
Number is assigned by -svgfmt if specify this option when the output SVG consists of only one page.
Other Conversions

The line break at the top of the file was removed when converting from text.

The BOM was converted as character when converting from text.

A security vulnerability (CVE-2026-33416) was discovered in the library used to handle PNG, so libpng has updated to the patched version, libpng 1.6.56.
