Bug Fixes

- Corrects the bug that existed when the language with unsupported codes are all defined as default code and hyphenated as default language.
- Corrects the bug that when the footnotes on a two-column page go over to the next page, the page number was not displayed.
- The magnification setting is changed from "Fit Width" to "Inherit Zoom" when opening the PDF file that is specified as an internal link in the original PDF.
- Corrects the bug that when trying to get images via HTTP, the image from CGI is not distinguished by its extension or is miss-distinguished, thus it is not obtained correctly.
- Corrects the bug that an error occurs when there is fo:table in the child element of fo:marker.
- Corrects the bug that when there are page-position="rest" and "last" in a one-page document and page-position="first" doesn't exist, "last" is not applied.
- Correct the bug that when text-align="justify" is specified to the block area with the mixture of full-width and half-width text, the behavior is not right.

PDF Output

- Although the color space used in head portion PDF page was set to DeviceGray, it is corrected so that it becomes the output of DeviceRGB.
- The memory restrictions at the time of outputting the picture with big size is eased.
