Bug Fixes

- When the table with table-header/table-footer was put on the first column without separating, the space for the table-header/table-footer was generated in the last column.
- Only table-header/table-footer sometimes appeared in the next column.
- Even if line-height.maximum was specified, the line space adjustment did not work in the last column just before "span=all".
- When there was an anchor of the footnote in the table in the list etc, the footnote came out in the next page without being found.
- When the table in left column was shorter than the right, the table did not extend even if enough maximum was specified.
- When there was side-float after the second column, span="all" was not processed correctly.
- keep-with-previouse="always" was needlessly effective.
- When the column was continued without compulsorily breaking 3 pages or more, the column footnote was not placed in the third page or later.
- The column footnote before span="all" was always sent to the next page.
- When footnote-position="column" was specified in the column footnote and the block with span="all" was at the end of page, the alignment of the column which was sent to the next page was not correct.
- When the path of an image was specified with http path, JPEG of CMYK was not displayed correctly.
- When "Default Language" was "ja-Japanese", the script such as U+200C was dealt with as Japanese, and unnecessary Justification happened.
