 - V6.4 MR5 Release

FO - The following issues have been corrected:

- A table with nested table didn't display the table footer at page break0012897: Footnotes moved to the next page even though a space is available.
- axf:float-move="auto-move" created an extra blank page.
- white-space-collapse was not working if a space ends fo:inline.
- PDF read error in Acrobat.
- Acrobat error when opening output document.
- Crash with supplied sample.
- Empty axf:alttext for links was not read correctly by screen readers.

CSS - The following issues have been corrected:

- Floats being pushed to the next page caused formatting changes.
- A space above the float was not filled.
- Headers with running elements were not shown if a page only contains floats.
- A float created an extra page.
- Floats being pushed to the next page caused formatting changes.
- Rotated content in a table cell overflowed even if there was a space available.
- The cell width of a table did not become as specified.
- -ah-suppress-duplicate-page-number was not working as expected.
- Relative positioned areas appeared to double the 'left' value for the text content.
- The absolutely positioned ::before element broke links.
- Page numbers in a page footer were not showing when element() was not found.
