Enhancements:
1) Added axdsfologger that shows error details in the Renderer object
properties of the command file.
2) Added EXITLEVEL that specifies a condition to stop processing for a
conversion instruction file key of the folder monitoring service.
3) Modified so that input/output files and error details upon formatting are
shown in the email notification on conversion results.
Corrections:
-The server program sometimes stopped due to the multi-thread process.
-Processing with the SOAP protocol sometimes stopped.
-When AH Formatter v6.2 was used together, some operations sometimes failed.
