Supported Systems and Restrictions

Operating Environments

The following operating environments are required to install and use "Office Server Document Converter V10.0".

NOTE: Docx2HTML version supports Windows and Linux only.

Windows version

OS	Windows Server 2022 Windows Server 2019 Windows Server 2016 Windows 11 Windows 10(x64) NOTE: OS that are no longer supported by the manufacturer are not guaranteed to work.
CPU	Intel-based CPUs and 100% compatible processors that can properly run the above OS.
Memory	At least the memory recommended by the above OS. (in addition to this, at least 1GB of free space is recommended.)
HDD	At least 100 MB of free space required to install this product.
Display	JPEG/PNG/TIFF conversion requires True Color (32bit) or higher.

Linux version (Standard/Plus)

OS	Linux (64bit)
CPU	Intel-based CPUs and 100% compatible processors that can properly run the above OS.
Memory	At least the memory recommended by the above OS. (in addition to this, at least 1GB of free space is recommended.)
HDD	At least 100 MB of free space required to install this product.
Required Module	Office Server Document Converter V10.0 for Linux is built with GCC 11.3.1. It requires glibc-2.34, libstdc++6.0.29 or higher and their binary compatible libraries.

Linux version (Docx2HTML)

OS	Linux (64bit)
CPU	Intel-based CPUs and 100% compatible processors that can properly run the above OS.
Memory	At least the memory recommended by the above OS. (in addition to this, at least 1GB of free space is recommended.)
HDD	At least 100 MB of free space required to install this product.
Required Module	Office Server Document Converter V10.0 Docx2HTML for Linux is built with GCC 8.3.1(devtoolset-8). It requires glibc-2.17, libstdc++.so.6.0.19 or higher and their binary compatible libraries.

Amazon Linux 2 Graviton version

Memory	At least the memory recommended by the above OS. (in addition to this, at least 1GB of free space is recommended.)
HDD	At least 100 MB of free space required to install this product.

Support for Virtual Environments

When OSDC V9.0 is running in a virtual environment, there are no functional limitations if the same operation is guaranteed as in the real environment.

Reproducibility

OSDC generates pages by reading Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint document files and imitating page-up (formatting). Therefore, compatibility with pages created in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint varies considerably depending on the content of the document.

The page layout of the created PDF file may differ significantly from that of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, so we recommend testing the evaluation version to make sure it meets your requirements.

Multilingual File Conversion

OSDC V10.0 now supports many languages. When converting files containing multiple languages, it is necessary to have the correct font files for each language installed in the environment where OSDC V10.0 is running, and to configure the font settings (font building files and option settings files) in OSDC V10.0.
