Revisions:
- Supports for three fraction formats (Skewed, Linear, and Small) other
than "Stacked Fraction" for fractions in Equation that can be inserted
in Word.
- Fixed an issue in which a part of a equation was displayed missing
when the equation is output as an SVG image.
