3. We will send you the "license and download information" within 2 business days of receiving your order.
4. Payment terms: Net 30 days after you have received the license and download information.

For Orders from North/South America, Europe, Oceania, Africa and Asia outside Japan and China:

1. End User License Agreement or Developer License Agreement.
2. License Data File that is customized for each order and for each customer.
3. Download address of the Product.
4. Instruction to install of the Product.
