Antenna House Office Servers Word API is a multi-functional processing library for Word documents on the server side. Now you can merge data from Excel or a database to Word documents (.docx), remove links, compare documents, and inspect document property details. No need to install Microsoft Word to use this tool!

This feature that allows you to personalize a document from a data set from Excel or a database and merging it into a Word template created in advance. To keep it simple, use a form template from Word so there's no need to learn how to use a new template design tool. Word API offers 3 types of mail merge options: simple version, composite version, and a table version with nested structure. The merged output file will be saved as a Word document (.docx) for easy post-editing. Check out our tutorial for this feature!
n Microsoft Word, you can use links to browse documents and images. However, if the target file or the referenced file moves, it will result in an error. Word API allows you to complete a file in one document by importing the linked file into the document, thus removing the link altogether.

Office Servers series is middleware that creates and processes Microsoft Office files such as Word and Excel from various programs. It is intended to be used by incorporating it into the user's system. Office files created and processed with the Word API can be converted to PDF with Office Server Document Converter (OSDC).
The Microsoft Office document format, OOXML, is the standard format defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the international standard specification ISO / IEC 29500-1 to 4: 2016. It can be used in various applications such as Microsoft Office.
