Supported Systems and Restrictions

Operating Environments


The following operating environments are required to install and use "Docx to HTML V2.0".

 

Windows version

OS Windows Server 2025

Windows 10 (x64)

Note: Operating systems no longer supported by the manufacturer are not guaranteed to work.

CPU Intel-based CPUs and 100% compatible processors capable of running the supported operating systems.
Memory At least the memory recommended by the operating system.
(Additionally, at least 1 GB of free memory is recommended.)
HDD At least 100 MB of free disk space is required to install this product.
Display JPEG / PNG / TIFF conversion using Office Server Document Converter V11.0 requires True Color (32-bit) display support or higher.
 

Linux version (Standard/Plus)

OS Linux (64-bit)
CPU Intel-based CPUs and 100% compatible processors capable of running the supported operating system.
Memory At least the memory recommended by the operating system.
(Additionally, at least 1 GB of free memory is recommended.)
HDD At least 100 MB of free disk space is required to install this product.
Required Module Built with GCC 11.
Requires glibc-2.34, libstdc++ 6.0.29 (or higher), and binary-compatible libraries.

Due to security measures and other factors, updates may be made without notice.

Support for Virtual Environments


When Docx to HTML is running in a virtual environment, there are no functional limitations if the same operation is guaranteed as in the real environment.
